Abstract

The current research aims to conduct an analytical study of the investment of private clubs and joint-stock company clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt, by identifying the administrative aspects and the purpose of establishing these clubs, as well as the legal and legislative framework and regulations governing the work of these clubs, codifying the most important means of income and financing for private sports clubs and joint-stock company clubs, and trends.
