Abstract

The research aims to design an exercise program accompanied by music to develop physical-motor intelligence among mentally disabled children who are capable of learning. The researcher used the experimental approach in a single group design by conducting two measurements (pre and post) to suit the nature of the research. The research population included (22) children in the Intellectual Education School in Fayoum Governorate, the research sample was chosen intentionally, and its number is (18) children, including (12) children as a basic sample and (6) children as a exploratory sample of mentally disabled children who are capable of learning from the research community and whose age ranges from (9 - 12) years, and was excluded. (4) Children from the sample. The researcher was able to come up with the following results:

The exercise program accompanied by music has a positive impact on the development of physical-motor intelligence among mentally disabled children who are capable of learning.
The program of various exercises accompanied by music is appropriate for the age group and the sample under study.
Using various exercises and activities enabled children to control body movements and improve motor coordination.
