Abstract

         The research aimed to design a scout recreational program and find out its impact on self-vitality and mental alertness among students of the Faculty of Physical Education - Minia University, and the researchers used the experimental approach for one experimental group, following the pre- and post-measurement of it, and the research sample included students of the fourth year, Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods, Faculty of Physical Education - Minia University for the academic year 2022/2023, where their number reached (109) male and female students, a basic sample of (65) male and female students was taken, and the researchers used biometrics Self-alertness and mental alertness in data collection, and one of the most important results was that the scout recreational program under research has an important and vital role in improving the level of self-vitality and mental alertness among students of the Faculty of Physical Education under research, and there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in all axes of the scales of self-vitality and mental alertness attributed to the gender variable.
