Abstract

Recovery is a diverse and multifaceted process that is linked to many other processes within the formation of different training units. It is related to the degree of fatigue, the training dose, the arrangement of the components of the physical load, and the distribution of physical loads over different periods throughout the entire training season, and its various parts, starting with the daily training dose and the weekly load cycle. The various recovery processes are linked to different nutritional systems, as well as biological and psychological methods, sports massage, cold water, and ice packs. The use of these various methods contributes to reducing pain, fatigue, and muscle stress, and trying to reach high levels of physical and physiological efficiency.
