The research aims to identify the impact of practicing athletics activities on the psychological immunity level of children with Down syndrome who are capable of learning. The researcher used the experimental approach with a pre- and post-measurement design for two groups, one experimental and the other a control group. The research population included (40) educable children with Down syndrome, aged 7-9 years, from schools in Gharbia Governorate for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research community included children aged (7-9) years at Al-Fikriya School affiliated with Tanta Education Administration. They were divided into two groups, one experimental group consisting of (20) boys and girls, and the other control group consisting of (20) boys and girls, in addition to (16) children to conduct the exploratory study of the research.
