Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between creative self-efficacy, with its axes, self-efficacy in creative thinking and self-efficacy in creative performance, and the level of creative teaching skills of the student teacher in the College of Physical Education. The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the study, and a random sample of student teachers in the fourth level specializing in curricula and methods of teaching physical and sports education was chosen. They numbered (30) students and represented the basic sample, A number of (20) students were represented in the exploratory study. Research tools were applied, represented by (the creative self-efficacy scale and the creative teaching skills observation card) designed by the researcher. The most important conclusions of the study were the emergence of the student teacher with an average level of creative self-efficacy and creative teaching skills, There is a direct, statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of creative self-efficacy and the creative teaching skills of the research sample, the effect of creative self-efficacy on teaching skills, and therefore creative teaching skills can be predicted from creative self-efficacy.
