Abstract

The research aims to identify inspirational leadership and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage in sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt, by answering the following questions:
1. What is the reality of self-confidence among leaders in sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt?
2. What is the reality of empowering employees of sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt?
3. What is the reality of managing transformation and change in sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt?
The researchers used the descriptive method, using the survey method, to suit the nature and purpose of the research.The exploratory sample was identified, which numbered (30) individuals from members of boards of directors, executive departments, and employees of sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt. They were selected randomly from outside the basic research sample and are representative of the research community.In light of the desired objectives of the research and based on the scientific procedures related to the research topic, and the results reached through the application of statistical transactions, the following has been concluded:
- There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between inspirational leadership and competitive advantage, as the value of the correlation coefficient between them reached (0.617), which is greater than the tabular “R” value at the level of 0.05.
