The effectiveness of an educational program using accompanying activities in improving some basic soccer skills for beginners

Abstract

The research aims to:
- Identifying the effect of the educational program using the accompanying activities in improving some basic skills (running with the ball with the front foot - passing the ball with the sole of the foot - kicking the ball with the front foot - throw-in) for beginners practicing football activity at the Haras Al-Hodoud Club.An experimental approach with a pretest-post test design was used to observe causality or effect by revealing the significance of differences in results for one experimental group.The community in this research represents the total number of beginners playing football at Haras Al-Hodoud Club in the current year 2024, and their number is (64) beginner players.The research sample was selected by a simple random method, and its number was (40) beginners, representing 5.62% of the research population. As for the sample of scientific transactions (validity and reliability), the number was (15) beginners.In light of the research results, the following conclusion was reached: -
• The proposed accompanying activities program has a positive impact on learning basic football skills (running with the ball on the front side of the foot - passing the ball with the sole of the foot - kicking the ball on the front side of the foot - throw-in) for beginners at the Border Guard Club.
