Abstract

The current research aims to identify the digital teaching skills that must be available in a physical education teacher, and to identify the reality of the physical education teacher’s possession of digital teaching skills and their attitudes towards applying them in Japanese schools.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to suit the nature of the research and to serve the objectives of the current study. The research community was represented by male and female physical education teachers in Japanese schools in the New Valley Governorate, who numbered (67) teachers (11) female physical education teachers, according to the statistics available in the Directorate of Education in the New Valley Governorate. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally from the research community, where the sample size was (65) male and female teachers, amounting to (83.33%).
The most important conclusions were the clarity of vision before the officials in the Ministry of Education regarding the importance of integrating digital learning in educational institutions at their various stages to advance the educational process and raise the level of the teacher. The most important recommendations were the need for the Ministry of Education and the educational directorates to organize many seminars and awareness programs for the physical education teacher on how to benefit from it. Employing digital learning at all levels in the field of education and physical education.
