Educational supports and their effect on mental alertness and the level of performance of some ballet skills

Abstract

This research aims to identify the following:
1- The effect of using the educational support strategy on mental alertness and the level of performance of some ballet skills
2- The effect of using the command learning method (the traditional method) on mental alertness and the level of performance of some ballet skills.
3- The comparison between the effect of using both the educational pillars strategy and the command learning method on mental alertness and the level of performance of some ballet skills. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the goal, hypotheses, and sample of the study under investigation, specifying the experimental design, two groups, one control and the other experimental, and using pre- and post-measurements of the research variables. Conclusions 
Within the limits of the research objectives and hypotheses and within the limits of the sample, and through the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions:

The traditional method followed by the female students of the control group contributed positively to learning the skills - under research - in ballet for the female students of the control group.
The “Educational Supports Strategy” contributed positively to learning the skills - under research - in ballet among the female students of the experimental group.
