Abstract

This research aims to design a program using Falun Dafa to determine its effect on:
1- Some psychological skills: (the ability to visualize, the ability to relax, the ability to focus attention, the ability to confront anxiety, self-confidence, and achievement motivation).
2- The rate of change in psychological skills and their relationship to the level of skill and numerical performance. The researcher used the experimental method by designing two groups, one experimental and the other control, to suit the nature of the research. 1- The proposed Falun Dafa exercises, which include muscle relaxation, breathing, and attention concentration exercises, led to an improvement in the psychological skills under investigation for the experimental group.
2- Falun Dafa training led to an improvement in the level of performance under study for the experimental group.
3- The followed program has no statistical significance on the psychological skills under investigation, but it has an effect in improving the level of performance of the skills under investigation for the control group.
