This research aims to design a training program using functional strength exercises for fourth-year female students majoring in artistic gymnastics, to identify the extent of its impact on: 1- Some physical variables (muscular strength of the arms - muscular strength of the legs - muscular strength of the abdomen - muscular strength of the back - static balance - dynamic balance) 2- Some physiological variables such as (pulse rate - maximum oxygen consumption - vital capacity) The researcher used the experimental method by designing pre- and post-measurements for one experimental group, due to its suitability to the nature of the research and to achieve its goals and hypotheses. Fourth year female students majoring in artistic gymnastics from the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls in Gezira - Helwan University for the academic year (2023-2024), second term. The research sample was chosen in a random, intentional way from among the fourth year female students, numbering (65) students.
