“The effect of functional training on the skill level and some physiological variables and the level of concentration of the enzyme LDH among female students specializing in rhythmic exercises”

Document Type : Original Article

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of functional training on some physiological variables (dehydrogenase enzyme - lactic acid) for female students specializing in rhythmic exercises, the effect of functional training on improving some motor skills in rhythmic exercises (jumps and gaps - motor sentence), and the researchers used the experimental method with a single-group design by conducting pre- and post-measurement due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community is represented by female students of the Department of Exercises, Gymnastics and Motor Expression (Rhythmic Exercises specialization) at the Faculty of Physical Education, Beni Suef University , Their number is (22) and their ages range from (21-23) years, The research sample was chosen intentionally, which included (20) female students, (10) of whom were a basic sample, and (10) female students as a exploratory sample.
and the most important results reached by the research are that the training program using functional exercises applied to the experimental group had a positive impact in improving the level of both physiological variables (lactic acid - dehydrogenase enzyme), as well as improving the level of some motor skills in rhythmic exercises (jumps and gaps - motor sentence).
