The research aims to design a rehabilitation and postural education program and to know its effect on: the excess lumbar region cavity, the degree of excess knee extension behind, the flexibility of the knee joint (right - left), muscle strength (the strength of the posterior leg muscles working to extend the knee - the strength of the flexor and medial thigh muscles - the strength of the flexor and medial leg muscles), and the researcher used the experimental method, and the researcher deliberately selected the research sample, numbering (10) from primary school students from (9-12) years old at Mustafa Sadiq Al-Rafei Institute in Tanta, and the results reached: improving the degree of excess extension behind by a percentage ranging between (64.9% - 70.9%), improving the flexibility of the knee joint by a percentage ranging between (74.35% - 40.6%), improving the lumbar region cavity by (14.42%), improving the strength of the muscles working on the knee joint by a percentage ranging between (8.96% - 22.1%). Key words: Rehabilitation - Postural Guidance - Excessive Lumbar Deviation - Excessive Knee Extension
