The research aims to identify the effect of diaphragm exercises on some physiological variables and the digital level of 100-meter freestyle swimming. The researcher used the experimental method using an experimental design with a pre-post measurement design for one experimental group in order to suit the nature of the research. The research community included female students majoring in swimming at the College of Health and Sports Sciences. - University of Bahrain for the academic year (2023/2024 AD). The research sample was limited to female students majoring in swimming at the College of Health and Sports Sciences - University of Bahrain. They numbered (26) female students at the age level (18-19) years. They were divided into (18) female students for the basic experience and (8) ) Female students for the exploratory sample for the academic year 2023/2024 AD - Training using the diaphragm training program led to an improvement in the level of some physiological variables among female students majoring in swimming.
