Abstract

Gymnastics is a sporting activity of a special nature that includes a group of acrobatic and gymnastic skills that are interconnected to create a movement complex in proportion to the apparatus on which this complex will be performed. Each type of gymnastics has its own requirements, and aerobic gymnastics is one of these types, which appeared recently in (C. In 2016 AD, this activity was classified according to the instructions of the International Gymnastics Federation as one of the types of gymnastics that includes performing a movement sentence with complex technical skills accompanied by music. Its movements are characterized by flexibility and strength and perform skill difficulties perfectly.
research aims:-
The research aims to design a training program using resistance stretching exercises (Ki-Hara) and determine its effect on:-
1- Developing the flexibility and strength elements of female aerobic gymnasts for the stage (9 years) under investigation.
2- The level of performance of some skill difficulties for female aerobic gymnastics stage (9 years) under investigation.
Research hypotheses:-
1- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in developing the flexibility and strength components of female aerobic gymnastics girls in the 9-year-old stage under research in favor of the post-measurement.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the level of performance of some skill difficulties for female aerobic gymnastics students in the 9-year-old stage under research in favor of the post-measurement.
