Abstract

Practicing sports for all and its relationship to work satisfaction among employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

The research aims to identify the relationship between practicing sports for all and job satisfaction for employees in the Ministry of Youth and Sports
Search procedures
Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research, Satisfaction Questionnaire
Research population and sample: The research population is represented by employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports who practice sports for all. The researcher selected the research sample randomly, and it consisted of (358) employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports practicing Sports for All
Research conclusions: Based on the results of this research and in light of the methodology used and within the limits of the sample and data collection tools, the researcher reached the following conclusions:
 Research conclusions:
 The nature of work within the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as it is one of the higher levels of management, requires expressing opinions and suggestions that help in developing work and thus achieving cognitive satisfaction, while the nature of work in directorates, clubs and youth centers is to implement these programs in a mandatory manner without taking into account taking their opinions and suggestions, Which may contribute significantly to the development of work in a better way, as they come into contact with the practical reality in the sports field
