Abstract

Organizational ambidexterity is one of the best modern management methods to improve services as its overall concept is to exploit the best human resources while at the same time exploring everything new in order to maintain the gains achieved and try to access the best ways of doing business in order to achieve the highest quality of service.
The current study aimed to develop a proposed model for applying organizational ambidexterity as an input to improving service quality. Sports Facilities at Sohag UniversityØŒTo know the actual reality of the quality of service provided to customers in sports facilities at Sohag University, and to learn about the requirements of applying organizational ambidexterity in sports facilities at Sohag University.
To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum and used the questionnaire to collect the study's data ، The sample study was 120 personnel working in sports establishments at the University of Sohag (board members - specialists - administrative supervisors) and 92 (professor, assistant professor, teacher) specialists in public administration and sports administration.
The actual reality of the quality of service was measured through four themes (planning, implementation, evaluation and examination, response to improvements)، The requirements for applying organizational ambidexterity have been identified through (improving the performance of senior management of sports establishments, improving the performance of personnel in sports establishments, improving the performance of operations, improving the performance of sports establishments) .
