Abstract

It aims to identify digital fitness and its relationship to self-management among students who practice electronic games in Egyptian universities. The sample was intentional (90), as well as (30) male and female students, for the exploratory study. It used the descriptive, correlational approach. It used two measures of digital fitness and self-management. The most important results that it reached are that there is a relationship. There is a positive correlation between (digital fitness) and (self-management), where the higher the degree Digital fitness: The greater the degree of self-management, the possibility of predicting self-management through digital fitness among students who practice electronic games in Egyptian universities, the existence of dimensions of digital fitness (digital meeting, digital safety) that affect self-management among students who practice electronic games in Egyptian universities, and the most important recommendations that were reached.
