Psychological immunity and its relationship to decision-making among football referees.

Abstract

Research objectives: The current research aims to identify:
1-Differences between football referees (C1, C2, C3) in the level of psychological immunity in Assiut Governorate.
3- Differences between football referees (C1, C2, C3) in the ability to make decisions in Assiut Governorate.
3-The relationship between psychological immunity and the ability to make decisions among football referees in Assiut Governorate.
Research plan and procedures:
Research methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method due to its suitability and the nature of the research.
Research community: The research community includes registered Egyptian Football Association referees (in the Assiut region), which is (84), and the following table (1) shows the members of the research community for the year 2022/2023 AD.
Conclusions: 1- There are statistically significant differences between football referees (C1, C2, C3) in the level of psychological immunity, in favor of the C1 referee, then the C2 referee, then the C3 referee.
2-There are statistically significant differences between football referees (C1, C2, C3) in the ability to make decisions in favor of the C1 referee, then the C2 referee, then the C3 referee.
3-There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of psychological immunity and the decision-making ability of football referees
