Abstract

The research aims to know the role of management by exception in developing the leadership characteristics of employees of sports bodies in Sinai. The research sample was chosen randomly from leaders and administrators in sports bodies in some sports clubs and a youth center in the two governorates (North Sinai, South), and their number is (11) in North Sinai Governorate, (9). ) in South Sinai Governorate, and the total research population was (145), where the exploratory sample was (51) individuals, with a percentage of (35.17%), and the basic sample was (94) individuals, with a percentage of (64.82%).) The most important conclusions are that the practice of management by exception in sports bodies, especially in border areas such as North and South Sinai, provides satisfaction of the psychological needs of entrepreneurial leaders through delegation, and clarity of the good conduct of business in the absence of the administrative leader due to the presence of delegation of authority, and it is necessary to provide means for the work of nutrition. Review the progress of work to superiors at appropriate times, and that delegating authority provides the opportunity for entrepreneurial leaders to innovate and take initiative, and one of the most important dimensions of entrepreneurial characteristics is strategic vision and creativity.
