This study aims to monitor the nature of the relationship between organizational justice and administrative creativity among employees. Administrative creativity among employees of the General Authority for Sports in the State of Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability and the nature of the study, on a number of (130) administrators. The researcher used the organizational justice scale prepared by / Muhammad Ahmed Abbas (2003), which was previously codified by Muhammad Sayed Bashir (2012), and consists of three axes: distributive justice, procedural justice, and transactional justice, with a total number of (20) statements. In light of the previous results, the researcher concluded that the research hypothesis was verified through the following: 1/ Variation in the opinions of the research sample of employees of the General Sports Authority in the State of Kuwait regarding organizational justice, as the group of managers and the group of administrators and supporting services agreed on the existence of organizational justice in two axes, namely (procedures - transactions), while the group of specialists neither agreed nor rejected this existence of justice in procedures. Or transactions, their responses were neutral in these two axes.
