"Administrative empowerment and its impact on the effectiveness of administrative decision-making among employees of sports clubs in the State of Kuwait"

This research aims to identify the impact of employee empowerment on job satisfaction through:
1- Empowering employees working in sports clubs in the State of Kuwait.
2- The extent of job satisfaction among employees working in sports clubs in the State of Kuwait.
3- The extent of the relationship between the dimensions of employee empowerment and job satisfaction among employees of sports clubs in the State of Kuwait.
The researcher used the descriptive approach (survey method), on a sample of workers in sports clubs in the State of Kuwait, numbering (55) administrators in addition to (15) employees, to conduct the exploratory study for the research. In this study, the researcher used the questionnaire of job satisfaction and administrative control as a tool for collecting data for the study.
