and that is through :-

Getting to know the administrative aspects and the goal of establishing these clubs, as well as the legal and legislative framework and regulations governing the work of these clubs.
Getting to know the services provided and their suitability for the subscriptions of members and visitors and the extent of their satisfaction with the level and quality of these services provided.
Legalizing the most important means of financing and income for private and private sports clubs and the modern trends of sports investment in the light of successful foreign experiences.
Monitoring the actual reality of the investments of these clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the extent of benefiting from these experiences of private clubs and government sports facilities, and the possibility of applying them on the ground.

The researchers used the descriptive approach (the method of survey studies).
The research community and the sample consisted of 12 private clubs, consisting of 16 individuals for each club, totaling 192 individuals, and 5 private clubs, consisting of 16 individuals for each club, consisting of (80) individuals, and (12) individuals working in the Investment Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports..
To collect data for the research, the researchers used a questionnaire, document analysis, and a personal interview.
Among the most important results: the administrative aspects on which these clubs depend, such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, evaluating, and following up, were successful and effective. This led to the success of these clubs, especially in developing plans that aim to invest in the sports field and achieve profits.
One of the most important recommendations: It is necessary to increase the supervision of private clubs and the clubs of joint stock companies by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and to know the data of income, expenses, imports, the number of subscribers and the value of the subscription so that there is no manipulation by these clubs in taxes.
The state and the Ministry of Youth and Sports should move towards making partnership contracts between private clubs and the private clubs affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to benefit from the successful experiences these clubs have had, especially in the field of investment and sports management, and to spend on private clubs by private clubs, whether this partnership is material or within the scope of Administration.
