Abstract

The aim of the current research is to try to identify the effect of vibration exercises using the Galello device on some physical variables and the level of accuracy of performing some strikes in tennis. The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of this research. Before and after it, the researcher also randomly selected the research sample from students specializing in tennis at the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University, as the number reached (16) students as a basic sample, with a percentage of (70%), and a survey sample was selected from the same research community, but From outside the basic research sample, where it numbered (6) students, with a percentage of (30%), and (1) female student was excluded for lack of regularity in attendance, and one of the most important findings of the researcher was that the vibration exercises using the Galello device have a positive effect on some variables The level of accuracy of performing some strokes in the sport of tennis, and this is evident through the differences between the results of the average scores of the pre and post measurements of the physical tests and the level of accuracy of the performance of strokes in the sport of tennis under study.
